Counselling is a type of talking therapy, you see your counsellor one to one on a weekly basis.
Counselling allows us to talk about our feelings and emotions in a safe space where we are respected and accepted the way we are.
It allows us to explore our fears and thoughts without being judged, in a confidential environment.
It is a process that helps to develop clarity and make sense of life.
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy BACP. I work with my clients holistically. Having the training in Integrative Counselling helps me to tailor my approach to suit my clients.
I use the "Person-Centred Approach" at the core of my work, which means I put my clients at the centre of my work and offer them empathy and unconditional positive regard.
I use T.A and CBT along with the person-centred approach.
T.A or Transitional Analysis is helpful to work on existing behaviour and recognise the positive or negative patterns.
I also use CBT, which is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to work with anxiety.
I provide counselling in Urdu and Hindi as well.
I believe that each an every one of us is 'unique' and if given the right circumstances, we all have resilience to heal and grow from any trauma.

I help women who are going through anxiety, depression, and panic attacks. I also help with building self esteem, building up confidence, recognising unhelpful patterns and building new ones.

Anxiety and depression could be the result of many different reasons. We can work on coping strategies to take control of your present life and work on the triggering event to heal and thrive from it.
We can often be stuck in the cycle of domestic abuse. Experienced
domestic abuse as a child. I can
help you recognise the patterns and reset your paradigm.
There are different types of trauma Domestic, Relational or sexual. I can offer you safe and confidential space where we can work on the Trauma to heal it.
